My thesis investigated how UX design principles can optimize therapeutic virtual reality experiences. The project focused on the NaturalVR application, created by a laboratory, designed to promote relaxation and well-being in hospital settings. The main goal was to create UX guidelines to inform future projects.

This project focused on evaluating a digital educational resource about environmental sustainability. Two alternative versions of the interface were created to assess which design students preferred and found more effective. The goal was to validate its pedagogical effectiveness and optimize usability through an in-depth UX study, combining A/B testing and direct classroom observation with middle school students.

This project consisted of designing a digital educational resource inspired by the life of Fibonacci and the concept of the Golden Ratio. Developed as part of a national contest promoted by the Portuguese Ministry of Education (DGE), the resource was selected as the winning project and is planned to be implemented in schools across Portugal. The goal was to translate complex mathematical content into narrative and visual experiences, supported by storytelling and gamification, making learning more intuitive and motivating for middle school students.

ActivePorto is an application proposal that recommends green and blue spaces in the Porto Metropolitan Area for outdoor exercise. The prototype, developed in Figma, explored the future integration of Geographic Information System (GIS) data, focusing on the design of a digital experience centered on personalization and user motivation.
